1. Easy Returns

We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
